What if you could watch your pet run. Think of it as a living, breathing, quadruped robot. Sound like something out of a science-fiction movie? Yeah, me too. But that’s exactly what’s happening right now.
At its core, CyberDog is the latest in AI-enabled robots, powered by NVIDIA’s DRIVE™AI deep learning chip. The CyberBot, a four-legged quadruped, is powered by this AI chip. Designed for fun and entertainment, the CyberDog is your best friend. He’s smart, and he likes to keep you company. You can even ask him questions. But be prepared to have him explain himself in a way you’ll never understand.

Spot, an innovative dog-like robot from Boston Dynamics, has created waves in many sectors because to its sophisticated features, which include remote control through tablets and the capacity to carry and charge up to 14 kg of inspection equipment.
Xiaomi is the next company to enter the realm of artificial canine companions.
The Chinese firm has unveiled its own dog-like robot, the CyberDog, according to a news statement released today. Xiaomi’s CyberDog, a sleek-looking metal animal described as a bio-inspired quadruped robot, is the company’s first venture into quadruped robotics. It’s also expectedly jam-packed with the most cutting-edge technology available.
The NVIDIA Jetson NX is an AI supercomputer with 384 CUDA Cores, 48 Tensor Cores, a 6 Carmel ARM CPU, and two deep learning acceleration engines intended for embedded and edge applications. This platform, which acts as the CyberDog’s brain, is capable of 21 trillion operations per second, enabling the robot to handle enormous quantities of data received through its sensor system with ease.
This sensor system includes an array of camera sensors, as well as an Intel RealSense D450 Depth module, that are based on Xiaomi’s smartphone imaging advances. Xiaomi’s CyberDog can assess its surroundings in real time, generate navigational maps, and even follow its owner around like a genuine pet thanks to all of this technology.
