AMD announced its first ever Radeon RX graphics card at CES 2017 back in January, but for the first time, it was introducing a new line of laptops equipped with the Radeon RX 6000M series. The AMDAdvantage Edition laptops are manufactured using MSI’s latest GP62 chassis, and they use the Radeon RX 600 series graphics card. The AMDAdvantage Edition laptops don’t just come with a Radeon RX graphics card, but also offer up to an Intel i 7-powered CPU, up to 64GB of DDR4 RAM, a Samsung 850 EVO SSD, up to 17 hours of battery life, and more.
It’s been a great week for PC gaming. AMD announced a new series of gaming laptops based on the new RX 6000 mobile graphics card, and on Wednesday, a new AMDAdvantage Edition laptop with Radeon RX 7000M series graphics was announced by MSI.
MSI has announced three new AMD-based gaming laptops in the Delta and Alpha series. All these devices, sold under the AMD Advantage Edition badge, feature the latest AMD Ryzen 5000 H series mobile processors and the latest AMD Radeon RX 6700 M series mobile graphics cards. The MSI Alpha 15/17 features an all-new chassis design, 5 mm thick screen bezel and backlit RGB keyboard, while the Delta 15 comes in an all-new 19 mm thick laptop design weighing in at 1.9 kg. Both devices feature high-end displays with refresh rates up to 240 Hz.

The Delta 15 and Alpha 15/17 are equipped with the latest mobile Radeon RX6000M graphics cards, which are 1.5 times faster than previous generations of AMD graphics cards. The Delta 15, powered by the AMD Radeon RX 6700M, offers ultra-high frame rates, while the Alpha 15/17, powered by the AMD Radeon RX 6600M, delivers 1080p gaming at maximum settings.
