It’s been 1 year since Old School RuneScape released the idea of clans in the game, and it has grown over the last year. Now, it is fully released and ready to become your main source of friends, guildmates, and even champions on the battlefield. There are hundreds of clans to join and thousands of people to meet. With the new clan system, the world of Old School RuneScape is bigger than ever, and it’s time to get in the game and have some fun!
Old School RuneScape ‘s highly anticipated clan feature has gone through several stages, from pre-registration clan creation to soft launch. Since yesterday, this launch has been confirmed, as clans are now fully available in the MMORPG. Clans allow up to 500 players to come together for regular adventures or clan finals where they take on rival clans. To make it easier for clans to play, the Grand Exchange has set up a Clan Hub where you can access activities like training, research, and clan management. For clan management, there are special menus for clans, features that allow clan leaders to assign specific roles to clan members, and a recruitment bulletin board. When not participating in adventures or battles, clans can relax in their own clan lounge, which can be private or open to guests. More details about the new OSRS clan system were revealed at the developer’s press conference this afternoon, but if you’re the kind of person who would rather experience the feature than attend a press conference about it, you can of course just launch the game and see if there’s a clan for you.
