On 01.08.17, we rolled out a new version of our Rogue Company update to the PC version of the game, which added the new Job system. This is our first update since our launch on Steam, and we rolled it out with a patch to fix various bugs. The patch notes are below, along with a quick summary of some of the changes.

Update 1.69 for Rogue Company is now available for download. 4.4 GB must be downloaded and installed on the PS4. Depending on the platform, the download size may vary. Season 3 kicks off with today’s patch, which includes new content and enhancements. A new map is included with the updated material.

We want the decision to improve your Primary Weapon to be meaningful and impactful, so we’ve included new upgrades like the elimination of the leap inaccuracy penalty and increased the visibility of current upgrades like the hipfire accuracy boost. The Tyr has been reworked to be a two-shot sniper rifle with a rapid re-fire rate. As a consequence, the harm it does has been minimized, and the way it is handled has been changed.

Both playing with and against the Incendiary Grenade, we thought that reworking it to discharge a single patch of flame provided a more consistent and predictable experience. Furthermore, the new single patch now scales much more visibly with the radius increase and better matches what is visible in the targeter while aiming your throw.

MODES OF PLAY
- In all non-ranked queues, friendly fire damage has been decreased from 75% to 10%.
The throne of the hill
Our respawn modes have benefited from the inclusion of cash drops. They benefit from encouraging mobility across the battlefield and acting as a deterrent to Team Deathmatch camping. While this is still largely true in King of The Hill, cash drops are critical for players who are focused on taking the hill rather than actively chasing kills. Players who complete the goal will be rewarded with cash in a future release.
Global cash drops of $500 have been introduced. The size of the soccer field at Favelas has grown. Silo point has shifted.
Demolition
In Demolition, we intended to make the match periods a little bit shorter.
- The number of rounds was reduced from 15 to 11 in this game.
- The initial investment was increased from $5,000 to $13,000.
Demolition is ranked.
- Breach has been added to the mix.
Games Made to Order
- Palace has been added to the map collection.
BUG FIXES
- When auto-sprint was activated, players would no longer stay crouching.
- After choosing a Rogue, a problem with two voice lines being played was fixed.
- Fixed an issue where players might find themselves in unexpected places.
- Gl1tch was unable to interrupt Saint’s Medic Drone due to a bug.
- On Nintendo Switch, a bug was fixed that caused Night Sky Dahlia to look extremely bright.
- The updated Incendiary Grenade no longer causes an invisible damage area.
- When picking up a supply crate, players with the perk “Resupply” did not get an extra adrenaline dose. This has been fixed. The problem with played names appearing as “Loading…” has been resolved.
