Finally, we arrive at the seventh mission, a unique one with two unique ways of completing it. Both are rooted in finding additional clues and retrieving additional artifacts, and both require a little bit of backtracking and exploration. Both also require scaling a large elevator to reach the upper floors, and both involve some combat and elaborate puzzles at the end. This is a good example of how the game can make a mission feel unique on a basic level, while still utilizing some of the gameplay elements that have come to define the series.

Your job is to save Tudwr from Modron, and then decide whether to kill her or save her.

To start, go to the town of Modrona, marked by the quest icon on the map below.
You will enter a forest with many guards. The modron is located in one of the caves.
In front of this cave you’ll see a guard with riches. Eliminate the guards and enter the cave (picture below).
Once you are inside, slide the tablet backwards.
Continue until you reach the poisonous gas area.
To continue, look for a path on the left.
Keep moving forward and don’t forget to heal. There are many flowers growing just behind the poison gas.
You’ll be in another area with more guards. There is also a treasure chest, and you need to get the key from the guard to open it.
Go through this area and you’ll come to a narrow slot in the wall. Go ahead.
Eventually you will see Modron perform the ritual. Enter the arena and the scene of the story will charge.
Overcoming Modron
Then Modron will fight you. Even if you spare Kynon, she’ll fight you.
This fight can take a while, as Modron is constantly running and using distance attacks.
To remove his armor, you can target his weak points, especially his left leg.
It’s easier to fight him if you can shoot him in the arena.
Kill a modron or a replacement modron
Finally, you have to decide whether to kill or save Modron.
If you kill Maudron, his daughter will show up to watch you do it. As he weaves, Eivor will tell his daughter that she can have her revenge when she grows up. She replies that the worst has already happened to Avor in the future, so she doesn’t need to seek revenge.
If you save Modron, his daughter will appear and they will kiss.
