ASUS is launching four new motherboards today, including the ROG Crosshair VIII Extreme, which is the world’s first 7-phase power design using an absolute power phase design and an exclusive VROC IC for the very first time. The new ROG Crosshair VIII Extreme features a total of four PCIe 4.0 x16 slots, with a staggering 114% bandwidth of the previous generation of Crosshair VI Hero, delivering up to twice the speed of DDR4-4000 memory! Earlier this week, ASUS announced four new X570 motherboards at Computex, including the X570-I Pro, the X570-D Plus, the X570-A Pro, and the X570-E Pro. The new boards are nearly identical to what we got last year for the X570 ROG Crosshair VI Extreme, and they also share the exact same chipset and features.

Late last month, ASUS posted a listing for the Extreme ROG Crosshair VIII, one of their forthcoming premium X570 motherboards for AMD Ryzen CPUs. The Gaming WiFi II ROG Strix X570-E, WiFi ProArt X570-Creator, and TUF Gaming X570-Pro WiFi II TUF Gaming X570-Pro WiFi II TUF Gaming X570- TUF Gaming X570-Pro WiFi II TUF Gaming X570-, as well as three of its future siblings have been detailed in a long Edge Up piece.
