The Sims 4 is a game where you can create your own Sims and live their lives. Each Sim has various needs to satisfy and spend time on different activities. This is how they earn money, which they can then use to buy items. They can also get married and have children, which will affect the future of the family.
Being fit is an important part of a healthy lifestyle. Not only does it improve your core strength and overall body fitness, but it also helps you to keep the weight off and feel happier overall.
Body positivity is big right now. People are tired of wishing they could be thin and healthy, they want to be comfortable in their own skin. The Sims 4 is a great game to work out in. You can modify your Sim’s looks and body types to create the exact body you want, and the game will let you change the way they walk, run, jump, and even swim. This article lists the best Sims 4 fitness poses, the best workouts for them, and the best running routes.. Read more about best sims 4 pose packs and let us know what you think.
Have you ever wanted to get your Sim into hip-hop dancing?
What about cycling competitions? Weightlifting? Couples yoga at its most intense?
Whether or not you’ve considered extending your Sim’s fitness repertoire (or if the idea never ever occurred to you, which is understandable), these custom workout postures make for some visually pleasing pictures.
Simmer is a machinima creator, storyteller, and obsessive Simmer… Here are some excellent workout posture sets for The Sims 4 that you may use for anything you like.
1. katverse’s Workout Poses
Take a Look At This Pose Pack
Let’s start with the basics—which you should always do when embarking on a new fitness regimen.
To get into the swing of things, try a forearm plank, rear leg extensions, mountain climbers, and some cross body sit-ups.
Regardless of the jokes, the creator katverse is renowned for his clean lines and smooth transitions between postures.
This bundle is no exception.
Trust me when I say they’ve done an amazing job of catching the correct technique. I’ve had to perform these exercises many times (since today everyone is doing home workouts).
The visual correctness is astonishingly accurate.
2. Beto ae0’s Gym Pose Pack
Take a Look At This Pose Pack
Before I begin, keep in mind that these postures require a large number of objects for background.
The final goods, on the other hand, look fantastic, so I’d think collecting and accessorizing is well worth the work.
The Gym Pose Pack by Beto ae0 includes seven solo postures for Sims who are serious about lifting weights… as well as a little boxing
Weightlifting takes up more than half of the pack, with three dumbbell postures and a barbell squat stance.
There’s also a posture where the Sim seems to be standing about aimlessly, although it’s designed to be utilized with a gym background (or a setting with lots of exercise equipment).
Overall, if you require basic exercise postures, this is a useful collection to have.
The creator’s description includes links to all of the additional (bar)bells and whistles that are required.
3. Lispysimmer’s Fit Couple Pose Pack
Take a Look At This Pose Pack
lispysimmer has a great set of six pretty diverse postures that are all about the exercise aesthetic for the social media Sims that are the exact meaning of #fitspiration and #couplegoals.
Is it true that they’re working out together, or are they simply posing on Instagram?
I’m not sure, but they certainly seem nice.
And how does it compare to some of the other concepts I’ve seen? This is a really gentle set.
Make sure to download inabadromance’s connected (right hand) phone attachment for the Exercise Machine and Selfie Push Up poses (my personal favorite).
4. Have some fun with Yoga Posepack by simming.

Remember how I claimed lispysimmer’s Fit Couple Pose Pack included a lot of tame poses?
I was making a comparison between those postures and the ones shown here.
Now, perhaps, you get what I’m saying.
I’m aware that these positions are physically feasible. I’ve seen the challenges on YouTube.
Even by Sims 4 standards, though, they don’t seem any less crazy.
All of this is to say that the postures are fantastic.
Excellent quality, well-executed, and visually stunning in-game. I’m certain the creator nailed any reference images they used to a tee.
If you know any yogi Sim couples with a large social media following, these postures will certainly provide some variety to their feed.
5. Katverse’s Hot Yoga Poses

If your Sim wants to practice yoga alone, don’t worry; katverse (as always) has them covered.
To keep things fresh, this bundle includes five postures that include fairly basic yoga asanas: bridge, tree, and a good ol’ forearm inversion.
This pack’s expressions are very accurate, in my opinion. The woman has a constantly peaceful and tranquil grin, as if she were a real yoga instructor.
Pose packs like these are great for when you want nice yoga pictures of your Sim but don’t want to wait for the whole “Practice Yoga” in-game animation to cycle through.
Joannebernice’s Little Bit of Hip-Hop Dancing

Do you believe that just cize, jazzercise, and Zumba count as exercise?
Then you’ve probably never taken a hip-hop beginning class.
It’s just as challenging, cardio-heavy, and demanding as your aunt’s gym group dancing class—and then some.
These postures won’t make your Sims sweat (since they can’t), but believe me when I say their hearts will be racing.
And the postures are stunning in and of themselves.
Because the designers prefer to exaggerate the limbs to mimic movement, similar custom dance positions for the Sims 4 may seem a bit uncomfortable. This is not the case with this set.
With most (if not all) of the postures, you can sense the rhythm and perfect execution.
I give extra points for emotions since I like the model’s expressions.
7. Katverse’s Running Pose Pack
Take a Look At This Pose Pack
These postures are so crisp and realistic that they might easily be mistaken for 3D reference images for a runner’s shape. I wouldn’t be shocked if this happened.
This collection includes five different postures: two prep poses (kneeling) and three “action” poses (on the move).
These bespoke positions are basic, uncomplicated jogging stances that would work well with any model, in any environment, much like their Workout Poses pose collection. The limbs are in a natural posture, the positions cycle fluidly, and the emotions are modest yet diverse.
To be honest, I have nothing but admiration for this bundle.
You’ll be hard pushed to find a more natural-looking jogging set than this.
8. Joannebernice’s Weightlifting Poses
Take a Look At This Pose Pack
This custom lifting posture pack is similar to Beto ae0’s Gym Pose Pack, except it is only devoted to weightlifting.
It’s also a bit more comprehensive, in my opinion.
There are a total of seven postures, three for barbells and three for dummbbells.
I appreciate this pack because of how clean the postures are and how well they suit the subject (since weightlifting is a hot issue in the fitness world right now), however I wish each position had different emotions.
It gives the impression that your Sim is too concerned about their weightlifting.
Nonetheless, the model seems to be pleased with the final position.
I’m not going to criticize too much since the postures are really good.
The dumbbells and barbells utilized in this video are from the Gym Pose Pack (still courtesy of Soloriya).
9. Pose Pack for Cycling
Take a Look At This Pose Pack
katverse returns with three more clean, high-quality postures, this time with a bonus bike.
This pack depicts a cyclist in action, who seems to be very happy with themselves as they put the pedal to the metal.
The positions in this set, like all katverse poses, are clean, high-quality, and distinctively one-of-a-kind.
The author also provides a helpful teleporter positioning instructions, so you don’t end up floating or clipping when shooting.
In fact, when I tried the postures out, I didn’t detect any clipping at all. In Everyday Wear, I utilized both male and female models to test.
Take notice that the custom mountain bikes mentioned in the description are required.
The Sims 4: Eco Lifestyle expansion pack’s standard bikes tilt at an angle, and the handlebars are excessively high (yes, I speak from personal experience).
10. Beto ae0’s Exercise Day (Pose Pack)
Take a Look At This Pose Pack
I’m going to end this list with my favorite pack since the postures are so adorable!
You know those adorable Mommy & Me yoga classes?
This pack is similar to that, except it’s geared more toward floor workouts and mild stretches.
I can’t think of anything negative to say about this. It’s one-of-a-kind, it’s simple, and every detail – from the emotions to the shape – is perfect.
There are four positions in all in this collection, and each one is a joy to shoot.
It’s also simple to assign postures thanks to the in-game pose list:
T is for Toddler, while M stands for Male/Mother. Yes, the teaser images feature a male Sim, but I tested the postures with a female model and am glad to say that they are unisex.
