If you’re a fan of the Pokémon series, then you know there’s a plethora of different Pokémon weaponry in the games, but which do you prefer? From Poké-balls to Poké-dexes, there are tons of different weapons and accessories out there, but which ones perform the best? Here we’ll break down the top ten Pokémon weapons in the game, and provide a detailed breakdown of our opinions on what the best is.
In the world of RPGs, crafting your own character can be a challenge. To help us out here at thinkofgames, we’ve compiled a list of The Best Dex Weapons In The Game (Ranked) – for you to use in your games.
I’ve been playing Dex lately, and I’ve noticed that there are quite a few ways to get Dex weapons. This list is my ranking of the best Dex items in the game that I’ve found so far. I will update this list as I find more new Dex items, so bookmark this page and check back often for new Dex weapons.
Dexterity, oh, dexterity.
In real life, the skill of being agile and elegant.
Because it entails stabbing your opponents, piercing them with holes, showering them with arrows, and a variety of other enjoyable actions for both sides engaged in Dark Souls.
Today I’ll be concentrating on the “pure” side of things, that is, weapons that need very little investment in other stats to be effective.
When choosing a Dex weapon, keep in mind that anything with a scaling lower than B should be avoided.
So let’s get started!
Best Dex Weapons In The Game (Ranked)
Greatsword of Drakeblood
A counter-attacking beast is first on our list.
The Drakeblood Greatsword possesses two inherent elemental damage types (in addition to physical), as well as an incredible 140 counter-strength.
Infusions are a good option for dexterous clerics and sorcerers since the greatsword retains its A scaling while gaining C in whatever you infuse it with.
How to get there: In the Dragon’s Sanctum, on a corpse in the elevator room’s left corner.
Syan’s Halberd (number 10)
After that, we have a spear and halberd hybrid.
The Syan’s Halberd has a unique move set that combines both weapon types and provides excellent defensive and attacking options.
You’ll also be able to strike while raising your shield for more protection.
Finally, it’s an excellent candidate for most infusions.
How to acquire it: Syan Soldiers with halberds drop it.
9. Katana made of black steel
Without a katana, it wouldn’t be a true Dex weapons list!
I’m sorry, but I don’t have anything to say on the subject.
If you enjoy katanas, this is, in my view, the finest one available.
It does a lot of damage and maintains its scaling over a variety of infusion routes.
Just keep in mind that, despite what the flavor text states, 40 durability isn’t really “a lot.”
Allone Knights and Allone Knight Captains will drop you.
8. Warped Sword is number seven.
The Warped Sword, being one of the most powerful curved swords, may not seem to be particularly striking at first sight.
However, the attack speed and poise damage make up for the loss of AR.
It also has special power stance spin-attacks, similar to the ones used by the Flexile Sentry when you battled him.
To use the spin attack, combine it with a dagger or a thrusting sword in either hand, or a straight sword/curved sword/katana in your right hand.
DO NOT USE THIS WEAPON UNTIL IT HAS BEEN UPGRADED TO +5.
Trade the Flexile Sentry Soul with the Straid of Olaphis to obtain it.
7. The Perplexing Stone Sword
Following that, we have an item on our list that is especially puzzling.
The puzzling Stone Sword is a weapon that, when wielded, breaks and bends to the whim of its master before swiftly reconstructing itself.
When utilizing the two-handed light attack, it’s the only straight sword that thrusts.
This weapon will undoubtedly catch unfamiliar opponents off surprise.
Although the strikes resemble those of a whip, they may be parried, so be cautious.
How to acquire it: Dragon’s Sanctum is hidden in a metal chest in a chamber with a button puzzle to open it. A rare drop from the Cave of the Dead’s gigantic millipede. The Cave of the Dead bossfight yields a rare drop (more common when summoned).
5. Sword of Fume
This is the option for all you dark fans out there.
The fume sword has some built-in dark damage and scaling in addition to its S Dex scaling. To put it another way, it’s ideal for any hexer.
It also has the longest range of any straight blade, although it requires more energy.
While infusing it with dark seems like a nice idea, you’ll be better off utilizing a Dark Pine Resin instead.
How to acquire it: Trade the Fume Knight’s Soul to Weaponsmith Ornifex.
4. Greatsword of the Curved Dragon
Okay, dexterity doesn’t necessarily imply quickness and agility.
It may simply mean “big-big sword that delivers big-big harm” or anything like.
Because swinging the Curved Dragon Greatsword around feels like commanding a weapon of immense devastation, it wins the title of “heavyweight dexterity champion.”
It also has a fantastic special strike that shoots high-damaging missiles.
It will always have a particular place in my heart since it accompanied me on my first trip to Drangleic.
How to acquire it: Talk to Weaponsmith Ornifex about trading the Ancient Dragon Soul.
3. Loyce Greatsword is number three on the list.
Some of you may recall our DS2 Greatswords list, in which this bad boy took the top position.
It’s back now, and it’s one of the game’s top three Dex weapons.
I’ve already said it, and I’ll say it again:
The Loyce Greatsword is the king of all greatswords in my opinion, with an incredible moveset that combines several different weapons to compensate for its “average” damage.
Though it isn’t the greatest, it is undoubtedly one of the most enjoyable Dex weapons to use (though I may be biased)!
How to acquire it: Trade the King’s Pet’s Soul to Weaponsmith Ornifex.
2. Blackbow of the Hunter
The Hunter’s Blackbow appears as the sole ranged weapon on our list, and it’s another familiar face.
You may wonder why it’s so wonderful.
It boasts the greatest damage, range, firing rate, and stamina consumption of any bow, as well as that incredible scaling!
It’s extremely simple to build up poison or bleed by using poison or lacerating arrows because of its amazing speed.
Any eagle-eyed explorer should have this buddy.
How to acquire it: Before the Double-Dragonrider bossfight, in a chest in Drangleic Castle.
1. The rapier (s)
Nobody would have noticed if every single item on our list had been substituted with a rapier.
Rapiers will quickly dispatch any foe due of their speed and damage.
About be clear, I’m referring to rapiers since the majority of them are very powerful.
The regular Rapier and the Espada Ropera, which are practically interchangeable, are the finest two of them.
The regular rapier is acquired early in Dark Souls II and can take you through the whole game, while the Espada Ropera is found later and has a more interesting name.
So go ahead and sign up for some fencing lessons; you’ll need them if you want to mix it up with the best!
How to acquire it: Blacksmith Lenigrast sells the rapier. After conquering the Giant Lord, Chancellor Wellager rewards you with Espada Ropera.
As far as Dex Weapons go, the Dex and Defense stat is probably the most controversial stat that people use, and one of the most important, since it affects weapon damage, accuracy, and critical chance. Dex Weapons are Weapons that have the Dex stat on them, and the Dex stat is a stat that is used in the game to determine how much damage the weapon does. It is sort of like a modifier that increases damage. It is usually added to the damage the weapon does when in use, and if it is a Dex Weapon, the weapon will do more damage with each hit..
